? You need more than one computer for a network.

Big subject. There are many many ways to do this, depending on the computers and the operating system. Here’s one of the very simplest. Every computer should have Windows XP, with service pack two, and a network jack, either on the motherboard or a separate card.
Get a “router” and “RJ45″ network cables. Here’s one popular one, for up to four computers:

Plug everything in and turn them on. Run the “Network Setup Wizard” on Windows XP.
